After a certain amount of time, typically 2-3 weeks, the natural shedding process of your lashes will cause the extensions to fall out. A lash fill appointment involves the technician removing any extensions that have fallen out or grown out, and then applying new extensions to fill in the gaps. The purpose of a lash fill is to maintain the appearance of the lash extensions and extend their longevity, as well as to ensure that the lash line looks full and even.

Cancellation Policy

At our salon, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that we can accommodate other clients and adjust our schedules accordingly. If you fail to show up for your appointment or provide less than 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling, we may charge a fee to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your appointment.
